Produced from the ripe drupes of Olea europaea L. by cold pressing or other suitable mechanical processes. Olive oil is an essential part of Mediterranean cuisine and is ideal for salad dressings and antipasti, cooking, braising, stewing and gentle frying up to 180 degrees.
Preparation
