The almond kernels have light to medium brown skin and are mostly 10 to 14 mm in size. An ounce (approx. 28g) contains about 27 to 30 pieces. Almonds are a great source of fibre and protein. They are crunchy and firm with a delicate flavour, making them perfect for snacking, baking, cooking, mixes, toppings, and desserts. We also offer blanched almonds.
