The hazelnut kernels have a diameter of approx. 11 to 13 mm. They are light to medium brown, firm and crunchy. The kernels have an excellent nutty flavour and are high in fibre. They are suitable for cooking and baking, for muesli, for snacking and for mixtures as well as for desserts.
Preparation
Hazelnut kernels are wonderfully versatile and give cakes, tortes, breads, sweet spreads, nut mixtures, mueslis and crunchies as well as muesli bars and energy balls an unmistakable aroma.
