Our products contain only European organic almonds! They taste significantly nuttier and more aromatic than almonds from overseas. As well as their aroma, the light to medium brown, crunchy almond kernels score points for their shorter transport route. They are also rich in fibre and a good source of protein. They are also very versatile in the kitchen, adding a delicate aroma to bread, rolls, cakes, biscuits and desserts. Eaten on their own, they satisfy those little hunger pangs between meals. Organic almonds are also ideal for creating your own favourite mixes, or for adding to breakfast dishes, savoury and sweet casseroles, and salads after being lightly roasted and chopped. We also offer blanched almonds.

Chia is an annual, herbaceous summer plant from the lipid flower family with the botanical name Salvia hispanica L. Originally from Mexico, it is now grown in many countries in Latin America and Africa. The small chia seeds are black to grey and have an extraordinarily high swelling capacity. This superfood is a good source of protein and has a high fibre content. Chia seeds are an ideal ingredient for baked goods, breakfast cereals, toppings for sweet and savoury dishes, and for creative dessert creations. They are also suitable for pressing into oil.
