Product information "Organic red lentils 5 kg"
Dried red lentils (peeled mountain lentils) with a firm consistency. The lentils are orange, round, and have a delightfully nutty flavour. They are an excellent source of protein and fibre.
Preparation
Wash 150 g of red lentils and cook in 300 ml of vegetable broth or salted water for about 10 minutes. Red lentils are peeled, have a floury texture when cooked, and have a mild flavour. They are perfect for soups, stews, casseroles, purees, salads, oriental dishes, and bread spreads.
