These aromatically sweet strawberry slices are made from 100% ripe, freshly frozen strawberries. Through gentle freeze-drying, the natural properties such as shape, intense colour, fruit-typical smell and taste are preserved. The slices are about 5 mm thick, crunchy and high in fibre. A visually and tastefully very special component for crispy breakfast mixtures, fine dessert creations or just for nibbling. So it tastes like summer all year round. The sensitive fruits do not like moisture and should be stored accordingly carefully packed.
