We only use European almonds to make our finely ground almond flour! Why? Because they taste significantly richer and more aromatic than almonds from overseas. To ensure maximum enjoyment, the kernels are blanched after cracking. This removes the brown skin surrounding the kernel. The kernels are then ground into a fine, white-to-ivory-coloured flour. Almonds are high in fibre and a source of protein. This makes them ideal for baking, cooking and desserts.
