Preparation
These small, delicate organic adzuki beans are a wonderful addition to your kitchen. They are ideal for soups, such as minestrone, stews, exotic curries, ragouts, antipasti and salads. They can also be used in sweet dishes to create delicious desserts and baked goods, such as brownies. Preparation is simple: soak the beans overnight, then rinse and cook one cup of beans in around three cups of water over a low heat for about 40 minutes. Finally, season with salt and enjoy!
