Powder mix to prepare clear cake glaze for glazing and preserving cakes, pies, and pastries. Made with organic ingredients.
Preparation
Mix 1 tbsp (6g) of powder with 250ml of cold water or fruit juice. Add sugar to taste. Stir continuously and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes until the liquid thickens slightly. Spoon onto the cake.
