Preparation
For effortless blending with water, combine cornflour with other dry ingredients first. Use 2 g (one level teaspoon) per 250 ml of liquid for sauces and soups. For a firmer texture in ice cream, creams, or desserts, use approximately 4 g per 250 ml of liquid.
