Product information "Organic Giant White Beans 5kg"
Giant white beans cook slightly floury in the core, have a firm shell and a sweetish-aromatic taste.
Preparation
Soak beans overnight and then rinse. Cook 1 cup of beans with about 3 cups of water for approximately 1.5 hours on low heat. Season with salt afterwards. Popular as a well-spiced Mediterranean starter with tomatoes, also suitable for soups, purees and pan dishes.
