Product information "Organic Lupin Grits (Sweet Lupin)"
Grits made from peeled, white sweet lupin. It has a sweetish-cereal, slightly nutty taste and is grainy to the bite. Suitable as an alternative to meat and soya, as it has a high protein content (40g/100g). For cooking and baking.
Preparation
Cook 150 g of lupin grits with 250 ml of vegetable broth or water for about 10 minutes on medium heat and let it soak for 10 minutes afterwards. Alternative to meat and soya. For Bolognese, fillings, soups and salads. Uncooked for bread and rolls.
