Product information "Organic Popcorn Corn"
After harvesting, the corn is cleaned and packed. For popcorn corn, also known as puffed corn, small-grained flint corn or pearl corn is used. Because the inner kernel expands strongly when heated, the seed shell bursts, giving the popcorn its classic appearance.
Preparation
Heat two to three tablespoons of Bode coconut oil in a pot. Now add 120 g of popcorn corn and close the lid. As soon as the corn starts to pop, reduce the heat. When the 'pop' sound ends, remove the pot from the stove and add salt or sugar to taste.
