Powder mix for preparing red cake glaze to glaze and keep fresh cakes, tortes, and pastries. Made with organic ingredients.
Preparation
Stir 1 tbsp (7g) of powder into 250ml of cold water or fruit juice. Add sugar to taste. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool for 10min until the liquid thickens slightly. Spoon onto the cake.
