Product information "Organic beet syrup"
Our beet syrup is produced in Germany from local beetroots. The beets are washed, chopped, and steamed. The resulting beet juice is filtered and thickened. It is thick, dark, slightly sweet, and malty. It is ideal for making dark baked goods such as gingerbread and whole grain bread, but also for enhancing pancakes and waffles, as well as a bread spread.
