Preparation
Side dish for 4 people: Place 1 cup of quinoa in a sieve and rinse. Bring 2 cups of salted water or vegetable broth to a boil, add 1 cup of quinoa, and let it boil briefly. Reduce heat and cook quinoa for about 15-20 minutes. Combine with vegetables, fruits, fish, meat, or plant-based alternatives as desired. Also suitable as a base for patties, casseroles, and fillings.
