Product information "Organic brown lentils (Teller, Laird) 6x500g"
Mature, dried brown lentils. The Teller lentils (Laird) have a delicate, nutty flavour. They have a green to brown colour and are yellow inside. Teller lentils are rich in protein and fibre.
Preparation
Soak lentils in cold water for 3-4 hours and then rinse. Cook 150g of lentils in about 450ml of water for 40-60 minutes at a low temperature, then add salt. Traditional lentil variety for soups, stews or purees.
