Product information "Organic coconut flour"
To produce coconut flour, the coconut meat is dried, partially defatted by pressing, and then finely ground. Coconut flour is rich in fibre and protein and contains about 70% less carbohydrates than grain flour. It is suitable for cooking and baking.
Preparation
Coconut flour enhances smoothies, muesli and yoghurt, soups, stews and curries. It is suitable for cooking, baking and thickening soups and sauces. In baking, about 25% of the grain flour specified in the recipe can be replaced with coconut flour.
