We only use European almonds! They have a distinctly nuttier and more aromatic taste compared to overseas almonds. The almond kernels are white to ivory, blanched and ground. The flour is fine-grained, with pieces no larger than 2 mm. Almonds are a great source of fibre and protein. They are perfect for snacking, baking, cooking, mixes, toppings, and desserts.
