Product information "Organic powdered egg yolk"
Homogenised, pasteurised and spray-dried powdered egg yolk. This product boasts a rich, creamy flavour and a vibrant yellow colour.
Preparation
To obtain liquid egg yolk, mix 1 kg of powdered egg yolk with 1.25 l of water. If desired, combine with other dry ingredients before adding water. This quantity is equivalent to 132 fresh yolks from 60 g eggs. Each fresh yolk weighs approximately 17 g. To regenerate the quantity for one yolk, 7.6 g of powdered egg yolk and 9.5 g of water are required.
