Product information "Organic raw agave syrup from Mexico"
Agave Tequilana (Blue Weber) juice concentrate. Alternative sweetener with a very mild aroma and a slightly malty-caramel flavour. The temperatures throughout the production process remain below 50°C.
Preparation
Agave syrup has a slightly higher sweetness than sugar (100g syrup = 125-150g sugar), but contains fewer calories than household sugar. Suitable for sweetening desserts, muesli, fruit preparations, beverages, baked goods, etc.
