Liquid organic rice syrup, obtained through the hydrolysis of rice flour with natural enzymes (GMO-free). It is transparent, lightly golden, and has a sweet taste with a hint of rice flavour. Perfect for cookies, dairy products and plant-based products (drinks, yoghurts, desserts etc.), ice cream, grain-based products (bars and breakfast cereals), confectionery, sauces, fruit preparations, baby food, baked goods, snacks, as a substitute for sucrose and honey, and for the production of beverage syrup.
Preparation
Thanks to its mild sweetness, organic rice syrup has a wide range of uses. For example, it can be used in sweet baked goods and their fillings, as well as in drinks, desserts, bars, breakfast cereals and ice cream.
