We only use European almonds! They have a distinctly nuttier and more aromatic flavour compared to overseas almonds. The almond kernels are white to ivory, blanched and sliced. The pieces are approximately 0.5 to 1.4 mm thick. They are crisp and firm to the bite. Almonds are a great source of fibre and protein. They are perfect for snacking, baking, cooking, mixes, toppings, and desserts.
