The peeled round grain rice is perfect for all rice pudding lovers and can also be used for other rice dishes with desired stickiness.
Preparation
Bring 1 L of milk, a pinch of salt and a hint of ground vanilla to a boil in a pot over low heat. Add 250 g of rice and bring to a boil again. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, until the rice is soft, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Serve with cinnamon and sugar or fruits.
