The unpolished round rice is a wholegrain alternative for risotto dishes or for milk rice dishes, a fibre-rich nutrient. The intense, nutty flavour makes it a delicious choice for your meals.
Preparation
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add 1 cup of rice and let it cook on low heat for about 30 minutes, until the water is absorbed. Season to taste. Perfect as a side dish, for fillings and pan dishes. Or as a milk rice in 4 cups of milk with a bit of ground vanilla on low heat.
