Product information "Yellow split lentils organic"
Split yellow organic lentils with a short cooking time. These flavorful lentils cook to a creamy consistency, making them perfect for dishes like Indian Dahl or meals from the Middle Eastern cuisine. Yellow organic lentils are also a popular ingredient for a variety of sandwich spreads, stews, soups, and purees. Preparation
Rinse yellow split lentils in a sieve. Then, cook without soaking in twice the amount of water for approximately 10 - 15 minutes. Season to taste towards the end of cooking time. Ideal for Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine, as well as various sandwich spreads, stews, soups, and purees.
