We only use European almonds! They have a distinctively nuttier and more aromatic flavour than almonds from overseas. Blanched almonds are ivory-coloured, with the brown skin carefully removed using steam. They are crunchy with a satisfying bite. Almonds are high in fibre and a good source of protein. They are ideal for snacking on, for baking and cooking, and for use as mixes, toppings and in desserts. Lightly toasting them intensifies their flavour.
