These delicious, bittersweet, melt-in-the-mouth organic chocolate drops are enjoyable on their own as a treat. They are also ideal for making your own chocolate creations, such as pralines and sweets, and for coating baked goods. Do you love fine flavours? Melt the fine drops in milk or a plant-based drink to make rich hot chocolate. Depending on the season, you can enhance it with a pinch of cinnamon or ground bourbon vanilla.
Preparation
This organic dark chocolate couverture is ideal for making pralines and bars, or for coating biscuits. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, temper it, then use as desired. Alternatively, you can make your own chocolate bars by pouring the tempered chocolate onto baking paper and sprinkling with nuts or freeze-dried fruit. When melted in milk or a plant-based alternative, it makes a luxurious hot chocolate.
