Organic mashed potato flakes for catering and bakeries.
Preparation
Heat 35 l of water and 35 l of skimmed milk to a maximum of 80° C (add 300 g of salt if desired), then turn off the energy. Important: Do not exceed the maximum temperature! Quickly stir in 10 kg of product into the warm liquid (max. 80°C). Allow the mash to stand for about 3 minutes and stir carefully once more.
