These small, freeze-dried organic raspberry pieces are aromatic and vibrantly coloured. Their fruity flavour and deep red colour make them a great addition to breakfast mixes such as crunchy muesli, muesli bars and porridge. However, these delicate fruits cannot tolerate moisture, so they must be carefully sealed and stored to preserve their quality and freshness.
Preparation
Our small organic raspberry pieces are absolutely lovely and incredibly fruity. Spruce up your muesli, crunchy mix or porridge; add a fruity twist to baked goods such as pancakes or muffins; and add splashes of colour and flavour to desserts and chocolates. Making your own chocolate bars is really easy: gently melt the chocolate of your choice, temper it, pour it onto baking paper, sprinkle with roasted, chopped almonds or pistachios and the freeze-dried raspberry pieces, then enjoy.
