Our organic sunflower seeds, which are of bakery quality, come from European cultivation. Once ripe, they are shelled, dried if necessary, and cleaned. These oval, bulbous seeds are white-grey in colour, have a mild, nutty flavour, and are crunchy. This oilseed is a source of protein and fibre. They are ideal for use in bread, rolls and other baked goods, as a snack, in muesli and in sweet and savoury dishes.
Preparation
