As an organic importer and manufacturer of 1600 products, containers full of wonderful organic food from all over the world come to us every day for processing and packaging.
Of course, sometimes nut kernels with small quirks sneak into the container, products have a short best-before date (BBD), in summer the chocolate-coated fruits are less popular or a spelling mistake has crept into the label. Unfortunately, this cannot always be avoided in the dynamic daily import routine.
We are all only human - but the products with small blemishes are still precious food and valuable raw materials!
