Fruity-sweet dried organic apricots with a fine flavour. The dark orange to brown dried fruits are medium-soft and a good source of fibre. The size depends on availability. Please ask our sales department. With their natural sweetness, they are suitable on their own as a snack or as an ingredient in mixes. In the kitchen, they add flavour to baked goods, muesli, energy balls and fruit bars. They can be (partially) coated with chocolate to create a fruity confectionery. They can also be finely chopped to create fruity accents in savoury cuisine, for example in delicious curries, tomato sauces or oriental rice dishes.
