Er enthält alle wasserlöslichen und durch malzeigene Enzyme löslich gemachten Inhaltsstoffe des Malzes. Bio-Gerstenmalzextrakt ist ein hochviskoser, goldbrauner, malz-aromatischer und süßer Extrakt. Er wird in Backmischungen und Backmitteln eingesetzt und eignet sich zur Verbesserung der Backeigenschaften von Brot und Brötchen.
