Gluten-free corn starch for thickening food. To enable easy, lump-free stirring into water, the starch should be mixed with other dry recipe ingredients beforehand. Mix with cold liquid, then add to the hot liquid and bring to the boil while stirring. For thickening sauces, soups, custards and puddings.
Preparation
