Product information "Corn starch white organic"
Maize starch. To enable easy, lump-free stirring into water, the starch should be mixed with other dry recipe ingredients beforehand. Mix with cold liquid, then add to hot liquid and bring to the boil while stirring. Use to thicken sauces, soups and puddings.
Preparation
First mix the cornstarch cold and then add it to hot liquid, stir it in and bring to the boil briefly - this is where it develops its binding properties.
