Tea wisdom: FTG (Finest Tippy Golden) refers to the use of tea leaves with many fine and light-coloured tips. FOP1 (Flowery Orange Pekoe): For this tea, only the fragrant leaf bud with the two uppermost tender leaves are picked (two leaves and a bud).
Preparation
Pour 1 heaped teaspoon of tea with 250ml of bubbling boiling water and let it steep for at least 3-5 minutes. This is the only way to get a safe food! Use a tea strainer or filter for the preparation.
