Our organic fennel, aniseed and caraway tea is a mildly sweet, slightly liquorice-flavoured herbal blend of fennel, aniseed and caraway seeds. Blends like this have always been used to give a feeling of well-being in the stomach. Simply pour hot water over it, leave to infuse, enjoy and relax.
Preparation
Pour boiling water over one heaped teaspoon per cup and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to get a safe food.
