Our Organic Green Tea Chun Mee offers a fresh, slightly bitter taste with a subtle smoky note. The infusion has a light cup colour. It is a popular variety originally from China. The name 'Chun Mee' translates to 'precious eyebrow' in Chinese, referencing the distinctive shape of the tea buds, which are small, narrow, and slightly curved, resembling a well-groomed eyebrow.

Preparation
Add one heaped teaspoon per cup with approximately 80°C hot water and let the tea steep for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
