Product information "Green tea "China Chun Mee""
Chun Mee organic green tea is a fresh, slightly tart flavour with a slightly smoky note. The infusion has a light cup colour. It is a popular variety that originally comes from China. The name "Chun Mee" means "precious eyebrow" in Chinese, a reference to the characteristic shape of the tea buds, which are small, narrow and slightly curved, reminiscent of a well-groomed eyebrow.
Preparation
Pour approx. 80°C hot water over one heaped teaspoon per cup and leave the tea to infuse for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
