Die Haselnusskerne haben einen Durchmesser von ca. 13 bis 15 mm. Sie sind hell- bis mittelbraun, fest und knackig. Die Kerne haben einen ausgezeichneten Nussgeschmack und sind ballaststoffreich. Sie eignen sich zum Kochen und Backen, für Müsli, zum Knabbern und für Mischungen sowie für Desserts.
