Schrot aus geschälter, weißer Süßlupine. Es hat einen süßlich-getreidigen, leicht nussigen Geschmack und ist körnig im Biss. Als Alternative zu Fleisch und Soja geeignet, denn es hat einen hohen Proteingehalt (40g/100g). Zum Kochen und Backen zu verwenden.
Preparation
Bring 150 g lupin semolina with 250 ml vegetable broth or water to a simmer for approx. 5 min. at medium heat and then allow to swell for 10 min. Suitable as an alternative to meat and soy. For Bolognese, fillings, soups and salads. Uncooked for bread and rolls.
