Oat flakes in small leaf without gluten. For the preparation of porridge, muesli or also usable as a baking ingredient as well as in frying patties. Also great for protein- and fiber-conscious cooks.
Preparation
Preparation as porridge: Boil up with about 5 times the amount of water or milk, mix properly and let stand for 3-5 minutes. Depending on your needs, the porridge can be varied with more flakes or milk. The perfect breakfast is served with a pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
