Preparation
Thickener without cooking for cold desserts, jellies, and dips, as well as warm dishes like soups. Dosage: For cold dishes, stir 2g (one level teaspoon) into 250ml of liquid and let it soak briefly; for warm dishes, 1g is sufficient.
