Preparation
Stir 250g of corn grits into 1 L of salted water or vegetable broth, cook for 10 minutes on low heat while stirring. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Serve as a side dish. Alternatively, spread it on a baking sheet, let it firm up, cut into diamonds and fry in oil.
