Our Organic Chun Mee green tea offers a fresh, slightly bitter taste with a lightly smoky note. The infusion has a light cup colour. It is a popular variety originating from China. The name 'Chun Mee' translates to 'precious eyebrow' in Chinese, referring to the characteristic shape of the tea buds, which are small, narrow, and slightly curved, resembling a well-groomed eyebrow.

Preparation
Add one heaped teaspoon per cup with approximately 80°C hot water and steep the tea for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
