Gelatin is a mixture of flavourless animal proteins. The main component is denatured or hydrolysed collagen, which is produced here from 100% pig skin. This product is organic.
Preparation
Use approximately 10g for 500ml of liquid, equivalent to 4-6 leaves of gelatin. Soak in cold water, then stir into hot (not boiling) liquid until dissolved. Refrigerate for several hours to set.
