Fine light brown rice flour made from whole grain rice, naturally gluten-free. It is versatile in the kitchen and suitable for making gluten-free cakes, cookies, muffins, porridge or pasta (noodles). It can also be used as a thickener in soups, sauces and desserts or as a separating agent for small cut dry fruits like Apricot- or Mango cubes.
