We only use European almonds! They have a distinctly nuttier and more aromatic flavour compared to overseas almonds. The blanched almonds are ivory-coloured, with their brown skin carefully removed using steam. They are crisp and firm, providing a satisfying crunch. Almonds are an excellent source of fibre and protein, making them perfect for snacking, baking, cooking, mixes, toppings, and desserts.
