Preparation
Preparation as porridge: Bring to a boil with about 5 times the amount of water or milk, stir well and let stand for 3-5 minutes. The porridge can be varied according to your needs with more flakes or milk. The breakfast becomes perfect with a pinch of salt, cinnamon and vanilla.
